Hi it’s Bruce once more,

Just now we are having some interesting meetings about the website. It looks like we are going to do this in a three phase process.

• Phase 1. Take this existing website and converting it over to WordPress and at the same time adding in some low hanging fruit of enhancements, such as making it available in every major language.We are hoping to do this fairly quickly over the next few weeks.
• Phase 2. This will be a drawn out process of adding in a whole pile of enhancements, such as a discussion forum and a newsletter opt in. All increasing how much say you can have on the site and/or how well we communicate with each other.
• Phase 3. This is when it gets exciting. We want to push what we can do with social media to the limit and we want to implement as much public engagement and interaction as possible with areas of user generated content that allow you to really have an impact on the site.

One thing that will happen fairly soon is that we will have Kwalee merchandise available with a store here on the website.

Also we are working on staff merchandise so all the great people who are joining us can flaunt the fact when they are out and about in Leamington.

Talking of which my company 4S is on order, I chose a black one. It will be interesting to contrast and compare it with my existing Ideos X5 Android phone. And I still have my Nokia 5800 with a pay as you go SIM in it. Next I will be looking to get a Microsoft Mango phone, they will be flooding the market in the coming months. Working in an app company certainly fills your pockets with lumps of tech. Richard took using his iPhone 4S.

There is loads more going on, these are exciting times. I will keep writing these notes to keep you informed.
