- Hands-on Recruitment: Actively recruit and screen candidates, conducting interviews and providing timely, constructive feedback to all applicants.
- Be a problem-solver. You'll develop and implement creative new strategies to find talent in the local area, grow the Kwalee network and build a pipeline for future roles.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide market insights, and ensure a seamless, high-quality hiring experience.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent our studio on LinkedIn, at local and industry events, building relationships with universities and acting as a passionate advocate for our company culture.
- Social Media & Studio Presence: Grow our LinkedIn and social media presence, creating engaging content that showcases our studio's culture, projects, and people to a wider audience.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve our recruitment process, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Create a great candidate experience. From the first conversation to the first day, you'll ensure every potential new hire has a positive and organised experience with us.
- Support with onboarding. You'll help make sure new employees have a smooth transition into the company.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, either in-house or with an agency.
- Recruitment Expertise: A deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and experience with various sourcing tools and platforms.
- Strategic & Creative Thinker: You're not afraid to think outside the box to solve tough hiring challenges.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Social Media Content Creation: Ability to create engaging content for LinkedIn and other social channels to grow our audience and showcase what working at Kwalee is like.
- Organised and Detail-Oriented: You can effectively manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for Tech/Games: While direct games industry experience isn't required, a genuine interest in our sector is a must.
